Chelsea penshioner
Just found out that my bother in law has become a Chelsea Penshioner, 86 years old and an ex Downallgreener, he came up on my daughter computer last week ,not seen him for going on 40 years so we found it hard to believe , I won't give his name but let's see if anyone can come up with it his first name was Bill and lived in Popular Ave, he was in the army for 22years.
